Everything was cool, the parking was on-site, the room was well-appointed and beautifully presented. Everyone was incredibly helpful and responsive. I stayed in the room that was always was kept clean and available with a freestanding tub. Liked this really good stay for a 3 nights...
It had awful views.

Compact superior twin room with the all built in storage. Great location including a train station walk from the place. Greatly enjoyed busy area.

We couldn't make our booking dates, asked if we could change to another time but hotel refused and were extremely unhelpful. So they have our money and probably rented our room out again to someone else!!!

The rooms,staff,and the location just tops everything in Amsterdam.Been in Amsterdam about 20 times in various hotels but we like it best at the Convent.P.S. the bar is great.Cosy and trendy.
Litle problem about the city tax.Thought I did pay online.But the girl in the lobby who was very nice explained it to me that I had not.Case closed.I thing she was right.

The Convent Hotel was a very warm and welcoming hotel. The hotel overall is very clean and the beds extremely comfortable so much so that i didnt like going home to my own bed.

The Hotel is centrally located, easy walking to all of Amsterdam's major attractions as well as the Central Station. Bed Linens were excellent.
Hotel is tired in the overall decor. Bathroom was extremely small and fixtures old and visibly worn.

Location of the hotel is in center of the city, so all siteseeing points are easily reachable. Hotel offers conditions for rest in the proper meaning of the word.

The size of the room was very good as we did buy the cheapest rate.Well big enough for the two of us.Also we liked the bar very much,cosy and good service.The best mojito in a long time.Definately a 4 star going on 5.We have been in Ams. about 20 times.Well be at this hotel again for sure.Greetings from the land of Geysirs and glaciers.

We didn't feel like leaving and will come back. Had a really nice stay for 3 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed the classic queen room with great variety of top quality products, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

very good hotel and placed well. Big room for Amsterdam (may be because of suite). Superior breakfast, well decorated rooms. Very silent due to double windows
